A dealer must do the promised repairs
A dealer may tell you they will fix a problem with a vehicle. If they do not fix it, the VSA may be able to help. See the next page for options to resolve this issue.
BC law says a dealer must stand behind what they say when they sell a vehicle. They must disclose problems at the time of a sale and fix problems you ask to be fixed. If not, the dealer may be ordered to do repairs.
